The su-perposed alternating currents and the contrary action of loads can cause the battery to heat up abnormal-ly and put additional strain on the electrodes – and cause possible damage (see point 2.5). 12v 250ah load and battery question So I got a 250ah battery. I got it hooked up to a charge controller. I set the maximum charge to 13.9. On the battery it says standby 13.5-13.8 and cycle 14.4v-14.7v I put my tv on for the kids and it usually draws max around 200w.
